JUST FOR YOU AND YOURS, we offer our all new facility featuring 6 private Cabins completely self contained with fully equipped kitchens and various bedding arrangements for 2 to 3 persons. We also offer 3 Bunkhouses that sleep 4 persons each with bath house and laundry immediately adjacent.
Enjoy the fishing/clamming season in our new 22 acre Birch-covered Cabin and RV Park. Lots of elbow room - free firewood / coin laundry )
Born in the Midwest, having spent 30 years raising our family in Florida, Dianne and I enjoy the respite here in Alaska, away from the hot Florida summers. Living on Lake Okeechobee and in the Florida Keyes, we came to Alaska seeking a different world of fishing which was certainly fulfilled in Alaska.The Kenai Peninsula of Alaska has not only offered new challenges, but has also made us appreciate and understand the meaning of “The Last Frontier”. Being entrepreneurs, it was only natural for Dianne and I to identify and try to fulfill some of the needs that our new seasonal hometown of Ninilchik desperately needed. There seemed to be plenty of experienced charter boats and guides fulfilling the appetite for fish, but there was a shortage of good places to spend the night and the non-fishing and clamming hours in Ninilchik, without driving many miles outside of the area for accommodations. Perhaps a long and boring story, as my grandson once put it “that’s enough Grampy”, just to let you know why Dianne and I are here in Ninilchik.
Cabins/RV Park is open seasonally, May 1st through September 15th.
